Created Cap Gemini Northeast PMO
Created and led the first PMO for Cap Gemini in the Northeast as Area Projects Director. Hired, certified and managed all Project Managers, and presided over the creation of the projects practice in the region. Made it possible to grow the region to $40 million while doubling profit margin in less than 2 years, simultaneously helping the firm move from its former existence as a staffing company to a value-added project and services delivery organization.
Recognized as a leader in the organization, Jon was invited to sit on the management board that oversaw the incorporation of United Research (BPR / Reengineering) and MAC Group (Strategy) as the company began to form Gemini Consulting, the precursor to the global tier one consulting firm that Cap Gemini has become today.
